It is well known that meditation has many health and wellbeing benefits. Meditation can enhance mental focus, clarity and productivity, and improve our relationships with ourselves and others. It can help sleep problems, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote a feeling of wellbeing, calmness and relaxation.

Meditation and mindfulness is offered one-to-one, group and/or business sessions. The Meditation medic specialises in holistic health and wellness, and works in different venues in and around the south west of England.  Offering meditation and mindfulness sessions both in person and on skype. Catherine also teaches a five module Beginner’s Meditation & Mindfulness Course for health and wellness.
